sustainable geography

This site aims to show how schools can become  more sustainable places if they take a critical approach to geography.

It will consider this question:
Can geographers have a significant role in mapping and enabling sustainable change in their own school?

It is based on an approach to learning sometimes called 'place-based learning'.

This site aims to act as a portfolio of evidence for my Educational Doctorate at London South Bank University and will be based mainly on evidence from Glebe School.

It is also evidence for my Chartered Geographer Status and my London Leaders Award.
